1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Nexus Reach, located at nexusreach.in, or by contracting our marketing and branding services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Nexus Reach is an expert guide in digital marketing, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to business growth in India and globally. Our primary services include, but are not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Brand Identity Development and Digital Strategy
• Social Media Management and Paid Advertising Campaigns

Any specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be distinctly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed prior to the commencement of any campaign.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract, all preliminary concepts, strategies, marketing blueprints, and unselected branding materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Reach.

Upon full payment of the agreed-upon project fees, the final deliverables intended for public use (such as finalized logos, ad creatives, and published content) become the property of the client. Nexus Reach reserves the right to use completed project materials as part of our professional portfolio and marketing case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically restricts such use.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

All fees are stated and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly specified otherwise for international clients. Invoices for monthly retainer services are issued on the first day of each service month and are due within 15 days of receipt. Project-based work requires a predetermined deposit before strategy and design operations commence.

Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing advertising campaigns or digital marketing operations until the account is brought current.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Nexus Reach employs industry best practices to improve digital visibility and return on investment, digital marketing environments (such as Google and Meta algorithms) are subject to external changes beyond our control. Therefore, Nexus Reach does not guarantee specific traffic volumes, immediate sales spikes, or permanent search engine rankings.

In no event shall Nexus Reach be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the performance of our marketing campaigns. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the one month preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
